SLIGHTLY hard to make out general details, BUT speaking for myself.. I kinda hope they're tangled in a net... .. and are just too busy to notice, OR making "the best of it".. (snirks..or both! ) would also halfway be expecting a fish to be poking it's head out of the water and either having huge saucer eyes when seeing them.. or a mini waterproof video cam-recorder
