I would have just squoz the milk from Melody's hefty hooters. But dreamworlds have their own logic.

From handling someone else's account while they were indisposed, I can tell you that sometimes Patreon hiccups and doesn't show you the image you just uploaded, even though they received it. Unless you continue to see an automated notice to upload an image, you can assume that it is ready. After you actually publish the post, if the image is missing you can still edit the post and put it in. It's annoying, but I learned to shrug it off and keep going.
