Added 2015-09-13 19:15:19 +0000 UTCSo I was stuffing comix in envelopes to send off to my patient Patrons. I was going down the lists, to make sure that they'd donated over $3.00 for the month ( the threshold for the comix perk).
And I found a couple-3 of the patrons I was gonna mail stuff to, were gone. They'd dropped off the list without so much as a friendly "fuck you, asshole!". And these weren't 'bots - they were real people with addresses, who had donated generously.
It made me a little sad. My Patreon is no prison - everyone's free to come and go as they please, natch. But if you decide to drop me from your patronage, could I please ask you to tell me why? Being a borderline Asper, I cannot read the minds of people sitting next to me, let alone faraway folks thru a computer screen. So I need everything spelled out to me in plain English. Pretty please?

Another problem is PayPal is cracking down on NSFW art. I wanted to toss you another couple-a bones, and Patreon says now I got to cough up a Kredit Kard. Geeze. Oh, yeah -- Aspergians. I've lived with one my entire life (he's self-diagnosed and no borderline about it) and one of my 'outside clients' is an Architect/Artist with Asperger's. I suggested John Elder Robison's 'Look Me in the Eye' for our at-work book club and I'm about half-way through it. Lots of familiar ground, there.
