It was just suggested to me that I switch to per-month patronage, rather than per work. That's a fair enough criticism, since I plan to be posting four pages a week - 16 pages a month. But I feel the per work rate is a better bulwark against laziness - I don't get paid unless I deliver. And don't forget - patrons can limit their contribution to a certain amount per month - or pledge less than a dollar per page. That said, I might switch to per-month patronage, if it seems it would really make my patrons happier. But as I just got started, let's give the per-work system a chance to work out, OK?

I'm fine with per-work given that I can set a monthly cap.
