If Raditz Went to Earth Instead of Goku 22

They are contacted by Android 16, who reveals that Cell is trying to activate the pods containing Androids 17 and 18 to become perfect. The trio heads to stop Cell, but Bulla destroys the pods, angering Raditz and Kakarot who wanted to save the Androids. Cell escapes, but Android 16 promises to help stop him and not harm their friends.
