Did Disney Plus Buy The Rights To Dragon Ball?

Apparently, Disney+ has secured the right to produce a 3D DB movie called Dragon Ball: New Journey and this screenshot is a still from it which got leaked. Well, it's not real. It was created by artist Van Rose to see if Dragon Ball could be replicated in the style of Moana and Raya The Last Dragon - it could.
