The Dragon Ball Movie We Deserved

It's perfect, but not the best. Dragon Ball Super Super Hero. So this discussion is pretty self-explanatory. You can probably tell from our previous discussions and first impressions, that we really do like this movie and what it stands for. We like it a lot, in fact! This movie has quite possibly done what we've been clamouring for for years here...change the iconography! Adapt the conventional and try something new. Get Toriyama excited about his creation again...and based on interviews, he is very much fired up again at a time where he looked a little distant. The film has a lot of heart in it and seems like someone was going off of a chart of things fans had been asking for for years. And yes, whilst "charting" fan service doesn't always work... in this case, it somehow managed to do so and into something much grander than we anticipated after the first trailers. In short, we weren't spoiled prior to the movie coming out and didn't have a repeat of the Super Saiyan Blue or Gogeta drops of old.
