No Namekians...No Dragon Ball...

Today we wish to include the #DragonBallSuper lore which implies that the first Namekian, Zalama, was pivotal in creating the multiverse and his offspring (the Namekians) are the most important beings in the show. Why is that and what do we know about them? Let's discuss and have them explained.
