Is GOKU The Biggest Loser?

However, whenever he has LOST a match, he tends to learn more from that than when victory happens, like with Kid Buu and Golden Frieza. Does losing actually count for more in #DragonBallZ or #DragonBallSuper? Who else has this same effect? Let's discuss!
