After your feedback on the main community thread regarding potential campaigns we could look into, it was clear (almost half of the votes) that our adventure would be space-themed...however, since we are a Dragon Ball community-led channel, we gotta take the Toriyama route and implement food puns wherever we can and thusly the group that we will build will be called: THE GALACTIC ROLLS!
Why? It's a loose tie to the British dessert, Arctic Roll and since the game involves rolling die...you get the idea!
However, instead of just relying on D&D, we are instead going to be testing out an alternative mechanic called FATE Core. It involves die but it's geared towards tighter group bonds and more flashy, narrative storytelling which is one of the main attractions of D&D streams.
Who's playing? Well, so far we have five players confirmed and Haverok (our researcher and co-writer of R&R) will be the DM so we got some good stable roots for this campaign. So until more news comes along, here is the working logo for the Rolls. ENJOY!
