I wish they called him Shawn Hunter or Rider Strong during this, both great names.

Boy Meets World's name is Rider Strong, I remember the many many jokes about how he should be a porn star on the IMDB message boards.

In reference to Jay's comment, I found this:

"Strong also explains that Roth’s association with David Lynch got the film targeted by unions who mistook the low-budget affair for a Lynch production. Lynch, as a strange sort of favor, removed his name as executive producer..."

Roth is mentioned in Lynch's excellent part memoir Room To Dream. It mentions Roth was working for Lynch researching a Nikolai Tesla project when Roth introduced Lynch to his future wife Emily Stofle.

I hated this movie when it came out cause it seemed kinda obvious it was made by a douche bag who thought he was Tarantino but was really just making movies to creep on young women wanting to be actors and to prove how clever he was. Was thinking of revisiting the film but now don't have to.

So should I watch it is the real question.

Whoa, I had no idea this movie has a sequel, a prequel and a remake.

I thought i remember seeing Stone Brewing and David Lynch thanked in the credits.

It's for comedic effect and to put emphasis on it, I think. Swearing is more noticeable when it is censored compared to when it's not and they were just showing how every character in this movie is a huge asshole.

Thanks guys

But why is the language censored? You usually don't censor language?

I was hoping Mike and Jay would be comically seated like 10 feet away from each other during this episode.

Jay without his weekly haircut looks like a completely different person!

How appropriate. This is next on my docket.
I hope Rich can pull off one last Re:view of Star Track The Picard without going into a complete mental breakdown.
