Splattered with blood, of course. This is from the hit film The Lion King.

The term "moon mayor," his outer appearance and some of his dialogue lines make him seem silly, but then you have this seal which gives you information on his background, though much of it is necessarily conjecture, since the seal isn't explained in the movie. (I'm sorry, I meant: is the seal going to replace Rich Evans' diabetes medicine?)
