If he really fled the Iranian Revolution of 1979 then a movie of his life's story seems like it could be interesting. There used to be some foreign films on cable TV and some of the most amazing were from Iran, like Gabbeh or Secret Ballot.. . i really wonder what kind of connection Amir had with the Iranian film culture, and what were his Iranian films like?
