Though the Meimu pic isn't really...anatomically accurate (not that I'm always aiming for that) the purpose of the pic was to practice and document my process for cel-shaded pics. I even made a crappy gif of it, and the individual steps are packed separately.
It's been a rough 5 months but Im happy I'm finally getting back on track qwq
