Introduction

OP12 has now been live on OPBounty for a few weeks, and the meta is starting to take shape. That said, we’re on the cusp of a definite banlist update, which means some of these rankings could look very different in the near future. For now, this report is purely for fun—a snapshot of where things stand before the shake-up hits. Think of it as something to enjoy (and debate) while we wait for the meta to get its next big twist.

How Our Rankings Are Calculated

Our list isn’t simply based on winrate — it’s shaped by a layered evaluation:

• Matchup Strength: We give more weight to wins over top-tier decks, rather than fringe matchups, using a logarithmic scale to highlight true format impact.

• Popularity: Beating decks that show up consistently is more meaningful than wins over rarely played leaders.

• Contextual Winrate: Raw winrate is factored in alongside matchup quality. A deck that wins often but struggles vs. the meta's top threats won’t place as highly.

This gives us a realistic view of how each deck stacks up when it matters most.

Meta Overview

1st – Green Zoro
Green Zoro sits comfortably at the top this week, and it’s easy to see why. It’s everywhere right now and has a strong matchup spread across the board. Unless the banlist takes a direct swing at it, this deck is a safe bet to stay in the top three for a while.

2nd – Blue/Purple Luffy
No surprise here—Blue/Purple Luffy is still a powerhouse. It’s consistent, adaptable, and well-practiced by players who’ve been piloting it since last set. If you’re not ready for this matchup, you’re going to have a bad time.

3rd – Rayleigh
Rayleigh holds third place this week, thriving with a unique playstyle that’s been working well in the current meta. With no expected bans aimed at it, there’s a good chance this deck could perform even better once the banlist hits.

With bans likely hitting this week, here’s a quick look at the rest of the top 10. Bonney is still in the mix, boosted by new tools from this set. G/P Luffy and Blackbeard remain strong, backed by powerful support and leaders that can handle most matchups.

Enel and Kid are keeping yellow on the board. Yellow tends to perform well early in a set, and the unsettled meta is working in its favor.

Blue Kuzan and Purple Luffy round out the list. Kuzan’s new to the field, bringing a control style that’s already finding success and could keep gaining ground.
