Ghost Gert's look here probably goes a bit beyond a mere "Halloween costume", but I guess Gert has access to some very expensive special effects." In Recent Additions folder of the Saucy Hippo Vault, you'll also find a very mildly nsfw alternate version of a normal Gert wearing a ghostly translucent dress, instead of the other way around.
