He is with an older woman who is very wealthy, but he wants to be a writer. She is working as an expensive escort and searching for a rich, older man to marry.

Oh man, this movie had me in tears by the end especially with that cat! I have heard of this film for so many years but never got a chance to watch it until now with your reaction! The only other Audrey Hepburn films I have seen before this was MY FAIR LADY (1964) and WAIT UNTIL DARK (1967). I still need to watch ROMAN HOLIDAY (1953) though! Audrey Hepburn stars with Gregory Peck in that one! And Gregory Peck you will see soon in THE BOYS FROM BRAZIL (1978)! π
