PROCESS 7

hi guys! here be the process gifs for the art i've been doing this weekend + a commission! i really wanted to squeeze in doing portraits for 8 characters in 2-3 days, so you can see there's way more relying on photobashing and rather messy overpainting on those portraits - especially with the cat. i found this method is ideal if you know your stuff (lighting/anatomy/etc.), don't have much time, and still want to crank out a portrait wih those painterly effects!

i also snapped a process gif of a commission that took me a good while, but i'm very happy how it came out!

as always, i'm all ears if you guys would like me to elaborate on anything.

COMMISSION TIER INFO:

as june is fast approaching, so are the commissions! i've done some doodling (clearly haha) and figured out that under an hour i will probably be able to colour all the sketches, as opposed to just linearting them as i advertised! :) now onto some dry info:

• the sketches will take no less than an hour, maybe more if i have time, feel my mojo and planets align
• i will not give you back a half-assed sketched, pinky promise. so you don't have to worry that i will give you back your character with only one eye because my timer went off :)
• i will like to contact you guys via patreon notes (save for a couple of people whom i already discussed it via emaila) to get all the info i need, and do some brainstorming. if you prefer another method please shoot me an email at domirine@gmail.com!
• how detailed/clean the final piece will depend on the complexity. a simple headshot will be more detailed than 3 full bodies, so please be aware of any discrepancies between the commissions once i post them
• i will like to post the commissions here and later on my social media - if you'd like yours to remain private let me know, and it'll be our secret!
