hi everyone! time for a process breakdown of this piece.
a foreword: i'd appreciate any feedback regarding how it's presented, as it's quite a text-heavy post for now. i'd also like to focus on a more specific element in the future, because the process for my work is pretty much the same always, and i know there's only so many times you can stomach reading the word 'layer'. so please leave a comment with what you'd like me to explain better!
