Problem with my PC

this month has been very bad for me, first I have been with health problems, specifically respiratory problems (I don't smoke), I can solve it, great! but...
This week the patient is my PC... specifically with the USB ports that dont detect my wacom tablet... the ports detect other devices except the tablet, I have tried on another pc and it works perfect, but I can not make it work on my pc... I don't know what else to do, now Im installing WIN10 I hope to solve the problem.
I feel sad, I'm failing with the December pack and that hurts me a lot... sorry guys... this month has been very bad.
