Thank you! I actually have a brush that makes the scale shapes thankfully, so I only have to do the coloring! I used the same technique on a mermaid drawing, though the brush has kinda weird lines & it was so grainy I had to trace it by hand which took me almost 2 hours lol ..so glad it works better on smaller pieces.

Thank you so much again, I really appreciate that you enjoy my art so much! As for the design I come up with, I get inspired by almost everything I see. When I was little ,I used to be obsessed by the way Disney princesses dresses with all of the layers underneath the skirt, so that's where I probably got my main inspiration from style wise. But just being on twitter & seeing other amazing designs inspire me so much. Also I love history , and I look at a lot of old dresses trough the ages and I just absolutely love the amount of details in them, so I take inspiration from there as wel!

A Jade progress gif? Yes, please. :) So far I am 3 for 3 on having progress gifs for my "Rain's Flower Series" commission. It brings me absolute happiness that this commission had so many elements you love to draw in it and that you even experimented a bit with the leaves; I still really love how the commission for Jade turned out, I still think the dark background suits her particularly well. Still two more OCs left in the series and I can not wait for the next opportunity to work with you again. On the same note as OCs, your warm up sketch from Twitter today proves that yet again that, at least for me, you have a knack for thinking up fun character concepts. When you dream up these characters, what types of things tend to inspire your thoughts when coming up with them?
