2023-01-18 15:00:47 +0000 UTCWell, the whole thing was over in seconds. My mom noticed I hadn't followed them and came back to look for me. I only walked a couple steps towards the lit office before I could already see my mom approach in full gallop^^. Still, the realization that she was gone hit like sledge hammer. Kids at that age are pretty fragile emotionally. Poor Lulu. Not a perfect start to the day for a traumatized filly with abandonment issues. I foresee tears and lots of hugs in the near future.
