2021-07-23 19:40:59 +0000 UTCHmm… On one hand, it’d be a tad strange for Tempest to break the stone’s influence after just looking at the plush, especially after Thistle’s words proved to be ineffective just moments ago. On the other hand, this whole page feels climactic in a way. The meaningful monologue, the sheer spectacle of that dark armor/horn cracking apart. It’d be somewhat off-putting for all this to suddenly reverse back to the stone being in control. Frankly, I’d want the latter argument to win. I never liked this stone’s role and what it has wrought. I’d really like it to go away. That said, the last volume crushed my optimism and spat on its corpse, so I can’t bring myself to hope.

She let the creature take hold of her. She let him in. But even so, she can see that it is wrong, even if only after the fact.

If she wasn't so strong Lullaby would have been eaten by the Timberwolf, or would have been seriously hurt by Rusty or maybe even taken away by those lumberjack ponies.
