It's ok to be shy. You will get better with practice. Just speak your mind, whenever you're thinking about something. And if you need to focus and let it be quiet for 15 mins, that's fine too. Allow yourself to be comfortable with it, and they'll always come out well.

I was thinkng about it! The biggest issue may be the time zone: I'm in Greenwich Mean Time (UK). I wonder how other artists manage it?

I'd say it would be hard to talk and work, for me at least. You could do a stream perhaps sometime? Just work a bit and check on comments is what I've seen some artists do. I'll be sure to show up if I'm available if you do!
