Also, you were right. The colours did change the tone and meaning quite a bit. Thistle seems significantly more stoic. (Until she cries) There doesn't seem to be any hesitation. She knows exactly what she's doing, and she proceeds without a second thought. Or so it seems...

Hmm, my bet is that Thistle is probably having a nightmare after bumping her head? I wouldn't be surprised if Tempest would be the one to wake her up and tell her she was talking in her dream. That would finally force her to reveal everything.
