Comics

I was working on the next Mila comic when I began to think about the tone of it thus far.  I always try to come up with interesting scenarios that aren't simply man bang gurl.  It doesn't always work and with adult comics, sometimes simple is best.  Right now the Mila comic  is sitting in the quirky/weird area, the area I tend to gravitate toward because I find awkward situations enjoyable as a writer. That being said, I'm aware it doesn't always have the best effect on a sexy situation.  Part of the story thus far is the awkward tension between Avarice and Mila not exactly understanding their relationship.  Avarice sees Mila  as family/almost as family and  Mila quite simply doesn't think about it.  During the stretching comic it was supposed to bring forth a awkward feeling.  I did this with the placement of the hands, camera angles, panel flips  and the intimacy of the scenario. Avarice was acting very motherly all the while stretching Mila for her next "session".   Somewhat contradictory. 

So, after saying all this, in the original idea for the comic, this would be a reoccurring theme but I realize it simply may not be a fun theme to explore for most.  It's already heavily integrated into the comic though but I believe I can dilute it until it's not a problem.

  The reason I'm somewhat concerned is the first two mini comics could have been better received and I have a feeling the end of the main comic wasn't as fun as I thought it was.   I have a feeling most people were like "wtf". which is a completely understandable reaction as they focus more on tension or silly jokes.   I'm trying to discern if the current course of the comic is a problem or if I simply need to push more sexy scenes more to make it work.  Or whatever the problem may be if there is any problem at all! 

Anyways, I'm just trying to do proper adjustments to better entertain.  If you have an opinion, let me know!
