Added 2017-02-10 18:12:31 +0000 UTCCommission tier piece for CG of Rei and Minako from sailor moon. Looks like they went beyond their duties as a cheer squad. Maybe these sailors went too far swabbing the decks.
Also, I wanted to mention I was asked to use referrence from a specific piece of art by a artist whom I don't know. The cheerleading/vibrating theme along with the angle was emulated from that particular piece with the sailor scouts being replacements.
