Neira trapped - expansion versions and milk

I still think that I must increase the amount of milk. Neira has a supernatural ability to lactate, so i bet that under this conditions maybe a bit more or milk may be addecuate....or maybe not, what do you think?

About the story behind this:
thanks to Neira passive regeneration, changes on her boobs (like the expansion or other more evil stuff) tent to be not very durable and things return to normal over time. In any case maybe they just greatly excited the breasts while they didn't let the milk out or anything like that. I still dont know the ful plot of the story haha
