Every day women
Added 2021-05-09 23:15:20 +0000 UTCOne of my favorite types to draw in bondage is that of the regular everyday woman. Because I think that adds so much to the realistic feel of a drawing. It gives you the idea this could actually be happening, more than when all your victims look like film stars or models.
Back in my younger years, there were numerous magazine titles who promised just that: House wives in Bondage!, or Captured Girl next Door!. Problem was, these women never looked like house wives: they always looked like prostitutes, with fishnet stockings, garter belts, strange wigs etc.
Now, I must have been about fifteen or sixteen years old when I came across the work of the artist that would influence me the most and, frankly, determined my artistic future: Bishop!
es, he had discovered the airbrusch. But that's another story: the reason I brought him up here, is the fact lateron, when I started collecting his books, I encountered one of his pieces that had a tremendous effect on me, basically because of the plain looks of the model. It was this one:
And sure: there is the beauty of the design, the fact that her hands are free yet totally useless etc. but up until this day, it's the casual, every day look of the woman that get's to me most! And I take a deep bow for the old master...missing him dearly...
