Update about my online shop adventures~

Hi hello!

I have some stuff to share~

(Also I have a question at the bottom, so if you want to see that, but don't want to read, just jump to the end!)

You might recall that I showed you some Dress-up girl designs not too long ago and teased that they will become a certain kind of merch eventually. Well, while I can't show the actual items just yet, I can at least tell you, they are now in production!! WOOOO!!

ANDDD I can also tell you about where these items will be available: ETSY!🎉

I have been working on my store next to the Diamond Dive updates for quite some time now, slowly chipping away at it, trying out different logos and branding designs until I finally figured out what I want it to be.

(My first trial was this Sailor Moon inspired logo, and the name "StudioMadamka"... it works, but it somehow isn't IT, you know?)

I want my store to be focused on fashion-inspired stationary and accessories, so notebooks, sticky notes, keychains, stickers, magnets, even bracelets are in the long-term plan.✨

So I knew what I want to store to be, but when it came to the branding, I was still in trouble...
I mainly wear black, am a goth girl at heart, but as you already know from Diamond Dive, I also do love me some pink and frills and high heels and nails... So how do I communicate all that? How do I choose between girly pink and edgy black? And how do I add all the other aesthetics I want to include??

Well, I realized I can actually just merge them all with the right setup, and I figured this out all thanks to the movie Mean Girls and specifically the Burn Book's design.

So without further ado, let me show you what I cooked up. Here's the branding for my new etsy store, DressUpBabes!!🖤🌸

As you can see, Charlotte and Dahlia are my main models, hahah <3

The store is already up and running, and it has the keychains you can see in the header listed (except for the goth one, it sold out at my latest Artist Alley table, the new batch is currently in production lmao), so if you would like to get one, click here: DressUpBabes!! 🖤🌸

I haven't fully fully opened it yet though, there are a lot of items missing (stickers, more keychains, some prints) and I will be listing some Diamond Dive stuff as well later, but I will definitely let you all know here first when that happens!

Soooo... that would be all, I just wanted to chat w you all a bit about this whole new adventure, hehe~~ What do you think about the design? Or the items in the shop?
