Orthrus was a 2-Headed Dog and brother of Cerberus, both being children of Echidna. He was responsible for the guarding of Geryon's herd of red cattle, and was killed by Heracles (Hercules) as part of his famous "Twelve Labours", one of which was yoinking Geryon's cows! Orthrus was also the sire of the Sphinx, as well as the Nemean Lion who was also slain as another one of the Labours.
