Needing somewhat of a critique.

So some of the feedback I've been getting has brought up how the patrolling guards and Big Boss' walking/movement is unnaturally stiff, however it seems as though I don't have high enough of a critical eye to determine how exactly to correct these errors as, I'll be honest... I don't have much of a problem with them. But it seems to be a problem for viewers so far.

If I am to fix these scenes a lot of progress will be set back so I'm hesitant to go and reanimate these older scenes, not to mention that everything is animating in tandem in these shots so if I add more frames to one character, I have to add more frames to everything else. Not sure if this ramble is making sense. Either way, if you have any advice lay it on me.

I agree with what's been said here. You're already pushing the limits of what one person can accomplish. Sure if you had more people working on the animation you could really get into the nuances, but I think you're doing great as it is! Keep pushing forward, you're a beast man.

The best way to reanimate would be to rotoscope using video sources of soldiers walking, or make a video of yourself walking. I say keep going, the overall story is what's important. You'll get better the more animation you do.
