Character Showcase - test batch open

The form to submit a request for one of these D&D or Pathfinder character comms will be posted on August 1st for a very small test batch (3-4 max) to see how the workflow goes and what amount I can handle in a full run! This post will be updated with the link and it will be open for a short time.
Thing's I'll need from you on the form if you want to submit a request:
- Character details as they conform to D&D or Pathfinder format. Ability scores (STR, DEX, CON, INT, WIS, CHA) and skill proficiencies.
- Visual references. Text-only is no-go for these, I'll need some kind of existing design even if it's a doodle in MS Paint or a collage of images put together in a sheet.
