Sketchbook: January

Third slide shows Forneus trying to take his first nap, ever. He knows sleep is Lucidrien's Thing, which is why he worries he might just fuck it up haha! I wouldn't say he is as anxious as Aziraphale, he definitely wouldn't be scared if a demon was trying to threaten him since he doesn't really bother with what Hell or Heaven want from him in general. The moments in which he gets anxious is when he feels like he's being tested or his worth is being questioned by the ones important to him(which is also the reason he hides his Kraken form for so long, he thinks it's so ugly, who would bother liking him after seeing that?). Silly of him to think that way when Lucidrien basically declared his love right there in Eden but nobody's perfect, right?

Last slide is the very bare bones of next month's postcard! This time we're in Crowley's flat and he's getting his hair braided. You decide if he's just looking at the pages in the book or if he's reading something out loud for his angel 💕

I love all of these. The poses you've been coming up with are so brilliant. I love that third sketch so much -- it feels comfortable, familiar, sweet as pie ❤

2022-01-18 20:10:19 +0000 UTCI cannot physically handle Aziraphale hefting Crowley around like that. Why do fictional things do this to me when in real life I'd just be like 'meh'. 😂 Honest to goodness, there's something so much A Thing about it, I can't even begin. And why the heck do I feel as though I would protect Forneus with my life?! 🖤 I'm such a strange little overdramatic weirdo. 😭
