ok off-topic but can someone help
Added 2020-12-16 21:34:59 +0000 UTCi haven't been able to log on to the patreon app since two nights ago; is anyone else having issue with the app??? it keeps saying "oops! something went wrong. please log back in and try again". i've checked and i'm absolutely sure that my password/user is right, i even re-installed the app and its not working :(((
any techy people that have suggestions feel free to comment or dm, its a lot easier to post stuff and respond to dms/comments from mobile! im so sad

I don't normally use the Patreon app but I did download it to see if I could reproduce the issue. It seems I cannot(unfortunately) but it did make me curious. It gives several different options to sign in - assuming you signed up with a gmail account, do you sign in using the 'Continue with Google' button or with the 'Log in with email' button? I'm wondering if that matters, somehow. Also, have you considered using their mobile website for the time being until your issue with the app is resolved? You'll at least be able to respond via your phone though of course there wouldn't be any regular notifications that would pop up I think but it would still be better than having to go to your laptop to respond I would wager.
