Hopefully everything went smoothly if you took time off and what not. Also the hug felt really kind and thank you. The stress responses have been different on my end, but it’s still taking over everything by default - I just feel in more turmoil since the stress isn’t actually there and some of it sort of digs up an incinerated sense of belonging or safety with people, it’s attachment adjacent in that sense, I’d just have needed a safe person. I’ve been really noticing the stress being half gone - am sleeping more than 2h and I can’t just do everything or write enough. Regardless it felt kind and like ‘tocins, thanks so much Do mean to say I still feel the same about everything, it seems diligent and ok to mention places. I need fairness and impactful extremes of compensation for this horrific existence, their extreme absurd meaningless layers of irredeemable abuse, for the extent of the harm they caused and for what trauma they brought back so I can die.
