Also that you get to treat or care for yourself a little if you need it. Also hugs, good sleep and happy days. I’ve been trying to make the time special this year alone personally. So I made new recipes (stromboli and carrot cake cookies filled with cream cheese frosting). And I went on a shopping spree, wrapped a lot of gifts which are actually sweet. I’m glad I managed. For really private dynamics and issues I need to feel some self help/care or preservation as if the world/humans are unsafe and I need to rescue, and I think I took care ok enough. A lot is felt at the opposite extreme too, so the care soothes that a little. This holiday is painful and rough in new ways, but also really happy, I’m doing all I can. Do need to say that I shouldn’t and can’t forgive anyone involved this/last year still for their unjustified and horrific abuse, terror and targeting. It had been too much for too long a year ago, and any amount would’ve been severely wrong, I need fairness. I loved Christmas and gatherings so much and it’s layers of painful this year, but I feel ease to love and such more than ever. I’m relieved I feel safer without what situations they tried to make up or were deceived into. A wish I have is for the right consideration and care for what they broke and hurt irreparably, I need deep understanding to be shown, and compensation and clarity. I’ve no idea what to do, I’ve expressed so much out of intense stress responses and very complex and gated turmoil for over a year. **Also I made sure to put a cookie and milk besides my Christmas tree (dragon fruit cacti) and all. Had a good day
