ASMR || [F4A] Experimenting on you... [Ear nomnoms] [Brushies] [Blowing sounds] [Skitty has no idea WTF she is doing...] [18min]

I'm odd and I actually doesn't like listening to a lot of ASMR triggers... Skitty has no idea what she's doing.

So I'm very sorry if the audio isn't optimal. I'm used to editing out mouth sound, not make them. It's kinda hard for me to judge this objectively when ASMR itself is so individual-based... it's confusing. But Skitty will try her best!

Personally, I don't mind the brushy sounds, so maybe I'll make a longer public version for YouTube. But critiques would be very VERY much appreciated. 💕

New to this Patreon. Found Skitty's YouTube while trying to find something to let me fall asleep. Thank you Skitty. Had to come here and throw you my support.

Gravy_Tato

i keep coming back to this.Ahh ear licks are so pleasant with your soft voice walking us through it.

ChronicMonkey

Very good ear noms. 10/10 would earjizz again

DokuroChan

I needed this. I just got home from being away for work for a few weeks and I’ve gotten use to working 6 pm to 4:30 am and this helped me get back to a non-nocturnal sleep schedule. Thx❤️

Honestly I thought this was really great! Like others said, good triggers and I got some great tingles out of it. The ear blowing, kisses, and gentle nibbles were all fantastic Skitty.

Mr.K

Thank you, this was very relaxing for me and I enjoyed it a lot! Thank you, you are one of my favorites

Kino

Its interesting that you do don't seem to like ear licking/ear noms cus the way you do it is some of the best i've heard. Though I like it to be really subtle; the sound of a tongue or lips moving across the ear is really really good for me. I can see them being a little too quiet tho. A volume boost plus a little bit of compression might do wonders.

sun_denier

Hello Skitty! I think it’s been mentioned plenty, but my constructive criticism for the audio is an issue with volume and clarity. I’m not a huge fan of non-vocal triggers, but I think they can be clearer, specifically louder. It’s difficult to pick up on those clear, tingly high or low sounds.

Beard4Charity

I think you're on point about the importance of SEE-ing. The visual aspect is kinda lost with my audios. Maybe one day, I'll show off my hands. But for now, I'll try to perfect just sounds :) Also, good idea... I'll corner the cuddly asmr market. moohahaha <3 thank you so much for the feedback, Stephen! *snuggles*

SkittyKat

Okay I almost didn't notice it but your yawn made me yawn too, really are contagious. Brushing sounds rarely set me off but you for sure got it right. The ear noms were a bit too passive at the start imo, had to crank the volume but the later licking/ noms after 10:00 got me tingling, which again seems to be a unique thing I can't find with other people doing the same. Not sure what it is you're doing different or if it's just the feeling your voice/ audio gives beforehand but no one else can quite get that tingly feeling. personally never enjoyed blowing and while I do enjoy a little breathy moaning or huffing near the ears actual intentional blowing seems to annoy me more then anything. I'm strange but hey I found someone who can actual give em tingles which I didn't think I could. The blowing seems to remind my brain of wind which keeps me awake rather then sending me to sleep, so yeah, not for me but I tried to listen Skitty, stopped when it started to give me a headache. You are always wonderful to listen to, though maybe I should avoid sleepy audios before work xD

Renmaru

Sorry about the background noise. I couldn't do a proper noise reduction in this audio. Next time :) But thank you so much, Dawn <3 Also... what would make ear noms more intense?

SkittyKat

"Literally inside"... wait wait, so you mean IRL or you like that tongue in ear stuff? I think I need to stick with one or max two triggers for a long YouTube video. This way people know what they're getting themselves into when they click.

SkittyKat

Yawns are contagious. :) Awww. Timestamps. You are so very thorough, thankies Jawny! This is so very helpful. I will have to save this for reference. I haven't quite mastered multitasking yet, but I'll try nomming and brushing next time. I also have to be careful not to bump into things while moving. Also, I realized that I should probably buy another brush. So I can do brushy sounds simultaneously.

SkittyKat

Huh, glad some of the triggers worked. As I'm reading the comments, it really does seem like a very personal experience for each individual. The weird static noise maaaay be my laptop fan. Will noise reduction that next time.

SkittyKat

Hmm... going through these comments. I see some people love wind sounds, and some don't. ASMR is so strange. *scribbles down notes* Thank you Armas! *leaves noms out for my helpful piggies <3*

SkittyKat

I thought the ASMR sounds alone in the context of a safe, quiet recording triggered the asmr fans. I think the multitude of ASMR video, where they can SEE the production of the sounds helps with triggering, where here you marked them by time and description. But it also turns out, at least from what people say here, a big part of the trigger is the closeness and intimacy, which are both right in your wheelhouse. ASMR artists also give context for producing the triggering sounds by doing a lot of show and tell, like centering on clawing fabrics by showing a clothing haul, or focusing on paper tapping and writing sounds by just picking up different papers and pencils, pens, and drawing charcoal. Your performances overwhelmingly have narrative structures so if a character picks something up, tapping or scritching on it will have context. If you give ear noms, it'll likely be in the context of coming close to give kisses and affection, which when Skitty does it triggers me as swooning tingles, which your whispering and breathing already do. Oh, look at that, Skitty! My hands are shaking as I write this. That I can form words at all when I'm this close to you is a tribute to my ability to concentrate. That I'm a quivering mess is a tribute to your Skitty-esque you-ness.

Stephen P

If you submitted something already, thank you! If you haven't, go for it. Rarely do I get offended by questions, and I can always filter myself. You don't have to be shy since it's all anonymous. :)

SkittyKat

The white noise is kinda accidental since I couldn't properly edit them out this time, but I'm glad you don't mind. Still might edit them out in the future. ASMR is going to be a lot of trial and error for me. So...*patpat* I'm gonna need to keep experimenting on you all. Mooahahahaha

SkittyKat

*brushes your tail* ~brushbrushbrush

SkittyKat

Thank you Legs *hugs*

SkittyKat

I think I'd still like to keep things within roleplays. A little bit of story telling. I like the concept of a 30min pure licking audio... but I get bored 5 min in. lol

SkittyKat

Thanks Florian! I can't listen to digging-in-ear audios. But I got some nice tips from listeners, and it seems people like long slow licks... which kinda makes a dragging sound? So I think that's what I was trying to emulate. Will practice more in the future :3

SkittyKat

Thank you Wendigo :) I hope your insomnia gets better. I'm honored to be a part of your sleep routine. *snuggles*

SkittyKat

Blanket noises are my favorite! And thank you for the feedback about scenario building. I quite like it too. Just brushy sounds would get boring for me as well. That's why I like roleplaying :)

SkittyKat

I almost always do noise reduction in my audios... but I forgot to record a section to apply the function to this time. So I was wondering if the noise was going to be glaringly obvious. Good to know, good to know. Thank you, Daniel!! <3

SkittyKat

*nabs the 2 cents* MOAR!! ...also thank you! I think I agree with you, out of all the sounds, the blowing seemed the most out of place. At least to me. But I thought I'd give it a go. Nail taps... *stares at my short nails* ...maybe. Hm. Long nails are dangerous for me. I always end up scratching myself.

SkittyKat

one day... we'll find your trigger. :)

SkittyKat

*nibbles on ma kitten* <3

SkittyKat

This was really good, i got a bunch of tingles. I loved the ear noms but i wish they were a little more intense. Another thing is that the ambient background noise was pretty distracting for me.

Dawn9

Skimmed the other comments. Seems we're all in agreement ASMR is different for everyone. Each individual will respond differently to triggers. What may be the ultimate trigger for one may be an annoying sound for another. That said, I rarely get tingles now but when I do they're very nice and most I've gotten lately have been from your audios. This is 100% my own tastes. What you should focus on in terms of feedback is audio quality (which is amazing) and what sounds can be improved (which, again, is subjective). An easy "fix" for any ASMR trigger is variation. Go for fast then slow scratches (for example) to get both audiences. Also, never spend too much time on a trigger. It's best to leave someone wanting more than wanting it to end. Personally, mouth sounds only do something to me when you're LITERALLY inside my ear. Here, they didn't do much for me but they're good and soft. I doubt anyone will dislike them, they'll be a YT hit. The brushing (or "fabric sounds" from writing stuff...) is fantastic and my favorite, especially when you get aggressive. The slow/squishy ones weren't for me, I just wanted more of that fast scratching/brushing! Lastly, the breathing overall was perfect but the blowing isn't a trigger for me and a bit aggravating. I do know it's a popular one and that there's hardcore fans of blowing sounds out there. Overall, for someone who doesn't get tingles and doesn't do "typical" ASMR this is really well done. It's base/safe triggers that cover a good range for most. You honestly cannot go wrong with any triggers here, again it comes down to personal preference. What I will say that no one else seems to agree with is... that "white noise"... I absolutely love it. I'm in the minority, I know, but white noise from the mic, rain outside or a fan blowing is one of my favorites. Keep up the good work, Skits! Thank you for always keeping listeners on their toes! <3

I listen to a lot of asmr, so I am all ears! I love the fact that you tried to go from left to right from the back, I get triggered when whispered behind the ear close to the nape (Not sure where it is on the dio, but I know it I listened to it about 4 times, so I will try my best to give you my feedback on it (I mean, my avg YT times are 10h which consists of 8h asmr in the background ) 2:52 I love the fact that you brush both sides at the same time at different intervals! The long slow strokes definitely tingle! (4:20 Tactical yawn!!!) 4:00 - 6:30 I would say the softer sounds do not really trigger, but that could be objective. You could try to alternate between long strokes and short strokes. 7:23 - 7:40 creeping up behind the ear with soft blows and whispers creates more tingles! triggers lol) 8:15 - 9:10 I believe you nommed the upper part of the earlobe slowly down to the bottom part and nibbled on it, I couldn't quite distinguish the sounds unless I really really focused on it. The oral sounds were still pleasant however :D The soft brushing and natural breathing got picked up and that was a nice extra! 9:30 Loved the soft taps when you turned the head around! Like I said before, you can play a little with it, whisper behind the earlobe and slowly move over from the back. Whispering from the back for some reason is really intimate and creates a lotta tingles. (Same as you did for a little bit around 14:50) 12:45 Not sure if intentional, but the soft taps :nekodrool: 13:30 Yep the creep up smooch! 15:17 - 16:40 Kisses sound like they are on the ear and not your hand this time?! Despite the last ones fading out a bit, you could still hear the oral sounds and feel a person being next to your ear! The blowing didn't give me any tingles, maybe not my trigger? I am not sure how it would've been if you blew a little bit harder. Because it still has the white noise on the other side. Another thing you could do while nomming one side, is brush the other side instead if you know what I mean! Either way thanks a bunch for experimenting on us, I hope we as cute as the guinea pigs you have seen :3

I actually don't want many triggers in a video aswell , i usually find a few triggers and stick to them. You're right ,ASMR is different for everyone so i wouldn't really worry about it if i were you. Personally my trigger in your asmr vids is your voice but i gotta say that in this audio every trigger was gently done and i enjoyed all 3 of them. I really didn't think that i would get tingles from ear blowing but the way you did it really worked here, idk how you pulled that off, i wish there was more lol. Also i really liked the ear-noms and the fact that you soft spoke in between the noms/licks made it a 100times better. Same applies to brushing, i love brushing sounds especially if made slow, you nailed that aswell.I also noticed some weird little static noise especially on the brushing trigger at points but idk what that was maybe a connection with a cable? Aside from that everything else did it for me, i'm bookmarking this. Thanks Skitty :)

Legendxz

I don't know what accounts as good or bad asmr, outside of like screaming in the listener's ear like a banshee. Lol. And it maybe just bias but...It sounds nice and cute. Just like always. Idk. Also I'm...conflicted on what to ask for the sex/life advice ramble. I'm sure that you got questions lined up already. I just worry that I'll just repeat a question. Or maybe my question might go too far/personal. We'll see what I come up with...If I do come up with anything. Lol.

Rephire217

You did pretty good skitty! :) I just got off work and decided to listen to it twice so I could give it a good listen. You relieved so much stress off my back and body it feels like I can really enjoy my day off now ^_^ it was truly lovely <3 there was some white noise and I don’t know if you want that or not but personally doesn’t bother me, it helps me concentrate on you. The ear blowing was a little rough for me but I still enjoyed it especially there at the end. This makes me excited to see what you will do in the future :) <3 also the kissing and noms was incredible!!

JDLGBOYZ21

I liked it a lot.

Legs

I'm going to set aside time to listen to this one and see if any triggers, well trigger me, I'm usually not one for sound effects, though I've found your brushy noises are awesome music to my ears =^.^=

NekoWinters .

your earnoms are actually top tear ,so soothing! also, don't worry even in the sightest about the quality! it's still great :) the blowing was surprisingly pleasant as well. I'm not usually into that in ASMR, but I think it was equally as relaxing as everything. I think the brushing was a fun change up :) it would be interesting to see how you incorporate it into stuff down the line. Definitely excited to see some of this stuff in future content ~

Quinn

This Audio is just insane 🥰. Especially the part after 7:30. Its so calmly, relaxing just amazing. Most of the ASMRtists just rush these ear eating parts so that they more feel like diving into water or taking a shower and niking yourhead to the side so that water can flow in your ear. But you made it just to an insane and relaxing feeling. Thanks for that audio. 😊

Florian

Your ASMR-oriented content is actually my favorite, as it has reliably helped a lot with my insomnia in recent months. Even if you don't personally enjoy or experience this sort of audio the way I do, you seem to be very intuitively good at avoiding the sorts of harsh or quick noises that ruin a lot of other ASMR videos for me. This recording was as wonderful and relaxing for me as your others have been, so I greatly appreciate you posting it.

AzureTriumph

What personally trigger me most, are stereo recorded sound that are part of a scenario, like how you brush the face around 1min40 or when you move the blanket just after that. ear brushing just for the sake of brushing, usually start to annoy me if it last more than a minute or so. I suppose what trigger me is imagining the scenario from the sounds, more than the sounds themselves. most asmr sounds without contexts are just whitenoise, but once you add context, it feels entirely different to me.

MM2211

I found it very tingly, so you did pretty damn well for not knowing what you're doing. Ear licking is tricky but I think you had the right approach. A lot of people get way too aggressive and it sounds like they're slurping up a bowl of soup. 🤢 I can't speak for all ASMR fans obviously, but I'm sure things like fingernail tapping and close up whispering are popular for a reason. There's also just the whole nebulous category of "personal attention", which most of your SFW stuff falls squarely into already anyway. Minor note: there is a bit of white noise in the background that makes it really clear when any cuts happen, especially if the listener has the volume cranked way up (and they do). If there's any additional noise reduction you can add to the room you record in, that may help. Otherwise, consider adding fade outs/ins at cutting points to smooth out the transition between clips. Recording in a single take also bypasses the issue somewhat but I know that's really difficult to pull off, especially when working off of a script.

Whatever you're doing around 3:00 and ff. sounds like breathing and sighing. I can't critique too much bc I don't trigger very much and come to asmr for relaxation, affirmation, and often intimacy. Skitty often moves from relaxing to arousal to excitement to aftercare, all with intimacy. Your mouth sounds--shoot! I can't see the times--are wonderful. You make more muffled mouth sounds when you do oral sex but very similar. Dirty minded me, I hear kissing and oral sex in ordinary SFW mouth sounds. Omg! Skin stroking with mouth sounds! Around 12:00. Open-mouth mouth sounds remind me of, again, your more erotic work, and slight moans and occasional kisses--did I get tingles? Eff, yes. Very relaxing--teasing me like that all day long like that is Skitty paradise. Oh, that was specifically ear licking? I usually avoid that because people way over do it like when they over do with real ears, but yours very sweet and gentle. By all means, gentle mouth-sound ear-licking, yes, please. I don't like the sound of blowing against a microphone. In the absence of feeling wet ears cool off to blowing, or cold ears being warmed by blowing, it just sounds like gray noise (if white noise is high-pitched, gray is in the middle). Your blowing was gentle, but is in the same category of "meh" to me, but the closest blowing to pleasant I've felt. ASMR producers (for me) generally over do ear noms and ear blowing. Yours are sweet and gentle. ASMR fans seem to like zippers, crinckling cellophane, nail taps on everything, and more mouth popping and ticking and sibilance. My 2¢ fwiw.

Stephen P

Yeah..... I'm right there with you. Asmr is not my jam. All just sounded like static and white noise to me or a corrupted file. XD I really hope our community members who like asmr think it's tops though! Or at the very least can help you with it. <3 I'm always amazed how versatile you are. Everything you attempt, you set yourself against and master. Im sure you'll be the bestest asmr triggerist soon enough.

TeddyBearPaladin

Twas soothing and relaxing for me!! All those ear noms had me turning into a cat boy!! Keep up the amazing work!!
