Fortnightly Progress - 31st December

Need to get back to making these into actual fortnightlies rather than just being called that. I suspect that though will be a from February and onwards thing as January is going to be rather decidedly intense what with needing to get the RAGS update out and that I just launched the first version of Twine yesterday. 

Well that was probably burying the lead wasn't it?

Yes, I got the first twine version of No Haven out! 

That's available to download on the newly renamed Discord Server+Twine Early Access Tier and above. The somewhat speculative patch notes can be read by everyone on the twitter, bluesky, and tumblr. 

These very early releases will be that Tier exclusive for now. Then my plan when there's more content confirmed to be working is to do a two week delay with them also being on the TF game Tier, and then when RAGS and Twine is approaching parity of also being reliably working I'll do the first Twine public release like I do with RAGS. 

Then I had another plan specifically for Twine in the next couple of weeks was to say do bug fixes, add some content like making sure full custom works as I know people blatantly want that as a must, and also do the first Twine Direction Polling tomorrow for those on that tier and above to see what else should be an ASAP priority. Of course no plan survives past getting punched in the face, and in this case the punch was incredibly nice amounts of feedback and reports on the Discord. Thank you to everyone who got involved in that playtesting. UI is already going over well which is absolutely lovely. 

What I'm thinking I might do is instead is add a daily autosave which was requested, and I think should be a straight forward add and useful for initial testing when it's still kinda shaky. Fix some of the nastier bugs like the player shadow clone no jutsu on cerain assignments and slave escapes breaking things, and then push out another version this week. Then do the first Twine Direction Polling after that maybe?

Will see how tonight goes and that let's me segway nicely into the next section.

• New Year's Eve Mega Stream

That will start tonight around 7 to 9pm my time, and then will go late into the night. Aiming for at least 1 to 2am but might do more depending on who is still watching at that point. 

I play AMVs, MMDs, and HMVs while working on the Twine version. That'll be on Picarto which you can find links to on my twitter and the about me section here on the Patreon. 

Hopefully this time I won't be so drunk/knackered I end up leaving the stream running for two and a half days like I did a couple of years back. 

• Commissions

July+August (2022) - Dominance Training : Oh dang I actually talked to them! They seem to be doing art again so here's hoping by far the oldest outstanding commission will finally be done.

September+October - Mark of the Wanton : It's done and man is it incredibly great. Love, love, love this one. If you're wondering what my favourite art of 2023 then it's probably this. Would be interested to hear if you agree with that as there was some great other possible options given we got a whopping 29 different pieces done this year including those ones that came in a bonus thanks to patron funding. Thanks again to everyone involved with those. Not counting the ones like that I did also really love the new proper art for the NH map, the Laughing Trickster Priestess, They Choose You, and Banshee to pick some of the other ones. 

November - Valkynes : I've seen the first sketch, and I think this is going to be a popular one. Her outfit is already spot on. 

As for the current commission poll no need to post the spreadsheet as basically Baffling Bunglers + Raid Nomad Camp walked it with ease so will need to reach out and arrange those two.
