Alternative March Commission Poll
Added 2019-03-07 13:22:40 +0000 UTCI'm aiming to get the hotfix for 0.85 up tomorrow. Seems to be mainly a couple of oversights with the new Kat unique slaver along with some other issues that don't seem to be too game breaking thankfully.
Now though time for another one of these after the first alternative poll in January as this time we more than smashed the tier for this to happen every other month. Deeply appreciated, thanks!
To mention again the purpose of this from last time:
The idea with these ones is to improve the flow of art for the games by doing some more limited single character/two busts commissions on the off months while the larger commission polls will continue as normal. Used to do it only every other month before as commissioning could be surprisingly stressful having to often manage the constant delays that could last for months at a time among other issues that cropped up. Thankfully now having had so many done and found some decently reliable artists that's a lot less of a worry than it used to be.
In an unusual bit of forward planning I might have a new artist lined up for whoever wins this time round after seeing they had availability coming up. They're going to let me know on Monday though they do have a preference on some of these compared to others. Will see how that goes.
1. Scout the Great Plains : Female Trollop on horseback from side on above with a fairly tight landscape view to avoid showing too much of the mount, but giving a good look at her large tattooed blue cleavage.
2. Healing and new Examine : As biomancy and corruption were two of the first commissions I've always meant for healing to get one too. Female Wright in a fantasy take on a slutty nurse outfit. Would be a pov of her kneeling up onto a stone slab to treat her patient using white glowy magic. So would be a tonal mix of her creepy appearance and ominous dark and gloomy background, and yet contrasted with her outfit and that she is still kinda cute, perky and apparently wanting to help.
3. New Watchtower based assignment, Examine, and possibly a playable start too : Lady Hakh Dwarven standing on a stool to help her look out from a watchtower at the horizon of the great plains, with a sensible top though somewhere she's lost her leggings behind the wooden wall of the tower, and is absentmindedly playing with her pussy.
4. Raid High Elven Dwelling, Examine, and a possibly playable start too : Female High Elf guard standing in the shadows so the main focal point would be her magically bright green eyes (just round the pupils rather than the blood elf whole eye style and much shorter pointed ears). Ideally with this one having a version of her in ornate armour and one with her naked showing that she has a few piercings glinting in the darkness.

well that sounds great, i remember a while back when we had that bug that vastly increased the chance to lose slavers even when you got a success and for me the game was really fun. Guess im a bit of masochist like that.

2019-03-09 22:13:29 +0000 UTCout of curiosity, do you think it would be possible to implement a difficulty between easier and effortless, as Effortless locks you out of some results given you can't hit critical and disasters, so you can't get the wisp slaver from that rare forest event or teh kitsune slave from the other rare forest event ETC. while easier, being, well, easier than normal can still just screw you over if the rolls wind up being atrocious and still leaves you with that ongoing sense of urgency to get supplies and coin that can become somewhat hard to break out of if your camp grows too fast. so I were wondering if it would be hard to implement a difficulty that is on par with easier in terms of potential results from missions, but also have the resource nabs from effortless.

2019-03-07 23:54:41 +0000 UTC24/20 slavers total, 7 of them in camp, 19/20 on assignment and I can't send any more out while keeping the camp secure. Something's gone wrong. Also, I think the Package Retrieval and/or Lesson in Futility is failing to expire when I ignore it.

2019-03-07 13:58:06 +0000 UTCTraps to lower escape chances probably will be a thing when I give Crafter: Devices their encampment role and crafting options. Other camp upgrades are definitely coming though and that could also be an option too.
