There may be a dead end still to do with seducing and asking to meet someone worthy but I wasn't able to reproduce it for now. So something to keep an eye on for a later update potentially.
(edit: left a passage name in under draenei. Don't think it would do anything if you did click on it but missing it annoyed me so I fixed it.)

-New alternate encounter for Y6 group with different versions and art for males and females.
-The enchanters of the dungeon have been round and replaced all the polymorph chest traps.
-Polymorph now resets breasts debuffs.
-Fix for getting the item perks bonuses when polymorphed despite not having the perks.
-Fix for losing your choose perk if you checked your character sheet or otherwise clicked away after viewing the choices.
-Fix for the alt text for one of the neko portraits.
-Fix for the serene enchant adding to your degradation rather than reducing it.
-Fix for an incorrectly named passage when removing your maid apron.
-Fix for the All Natural perk breaking Agility.
-Fix for Obvious Ornamentation not being tracked before you have the perk.
-Some text fixes.
