Fortnightly Progress - 20th April

Right, so decided to start doing these as with the end of the old daily updates last year, outside of being on the discord or catching a picarto stream it's highly scattershot in being able to find out what I've been up to. Once a fortnight seems like a good interval so I've got a reasonable amount to say, and I'm also not overloading people with these. Plus there's also that if you're not already a patron this patreon is probably looking a bit barren so good to have some extra content on here that doesn't need a pledge to unlock.

In this post I won't be repeating what in the last road map post so it's here if you haven't read it.

No Haven

As for what I've been up to, the nine new assignments that were split out of the last No Haven update are entirely written. One of which I think has more text than even the assignment to unlock the auctions.

I've also being doing a bunch with Harpies. I didn't think they'd really get much focus as there wasn't much to say about them, and figured outside of maybe a start I'd already done most of what I wanted to do with them.

After getting a suggestion to do with the idea of a Harpy scenario on the tumblr I took it and ran, finding myself surprisingly inspired leading to a re-write of the now most extensive lore page to the point I might need to put a pause in the middle of it. So now not only is there a scenario with three starting options, but different types complete with art for each and looks, along with specific for Dominated/Bimbo/Slave Harpies. I think the only major art missing are ones for wearing Maid outfits and being over used. There's also a new name generator specific for harpies.

I've also picked up some other stuff like keeping Legion from wearing clothes and armour, updating some of the old assignments like Paladin and Barges to work more like the newer ones and some other things that needed doing like laying the groundwork for some of the new mechanics for the new assignments.

Next now I've finished off all the Harpy stuff today is working out the specific gold/supplies variation rewards, the traits, and actually adding of what needs to happen for the assignments to work to the game.

Commissions

Chased the Barges one again... got a response today and they claim three-four days. So very much hope I don't have to chase this one again as it's coming up on six months.

Depths one as of last contact said somewhere between the 7th and 21st of this month so here's hoping I won't be chasing that one either again in a week or so.

Talked to an artist about the next one when the poll ends at the end of this month, I'm really excited to work with them and they seem up for it. Still time to vote on that by the way if you've not yet.

I really want to be able to say something concrete about work on the conversion progress before the next one of these. Believe me, it's not forgotten.

And now an experiment! As part of these fortnightly updates I'm going to try to estimate when I can stream from now till the next one. These are not set in stone so keep an eye on the tumblr announcements or just follow me on Picarto for notifications if you're interested in catching them. Time especially will usually be the time listed or up to an hour later. Also listed is the likelihood the stream will happen on that date outside of unforeseeable circumstances.
