Today, I visited my psychiatrist for the first time in a while due to a recent flare-up of my tinnitus.
It had been under control for some time, but over the past week or two, it’s worsened slightly (nothing too serious). I’ve resumed treatment and decided to take today to rest and recover.

I sincerely apologize for pushing back today’s work entirely.
I’ll be back tomorrow in perfect condition and ready to create again!

今日は久しぶりに耳鳴りの症状が悪化したため、精神科クリニックに行ってきました。
しばらくは落ち着いていたのですが、ここ1〜2週間ほど少しずつ悪化してきたため（深刻なレベルではありません）、再び治療を始めています。
そのため、今日は無理をせず、安静に過ごすことにしました。

本日の作業がすべて後ろ倒しになってしまったこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
明日には万全のコンディションで復帰いたします！
