Information Regarding Request Processing

First and foremost, I want to sincerely thank everyone for their patience and deeply apologize for the significant backlog of requests.
For the time being, I will be reducing my personal time off to speed up the work process. This measure will be temporary, lasting until the number of remaining requests falls below 10.
Accordingly, I'd like to inform you of the following:
The first-come, first-served principle may be partially adjusted. While I will do my best to adhere to the request order, requests that can be processed relatively quickly due to their complexity or the speed of feedback may be prioritized. This is an unavoidable decision to increase overall processing speed, and I kindly ask for your understanding.
For those who have waited more than two months, all your requests will be prioritized. Even if you have additional requests, they will be processed immediately without further waiting. I hope this serves as a small but sincere token of appreciation for your long wait.

当面の間、個人の休憩時間を削ってでも、作業速度を少しでも向上させる予定です。この措置は、現在残っているご依頼が10件未満になるまでの一時的なものです。
これに伴い、以下の点についてご案内させていただきます。
先着順の原則が一部調整される場合があります。 ご依頼の順序を最大限守るよう努めますが、作業の難易度やフィードバックの速度などにより、比較的迅速に処理可能なご依頼から優先的に進めさせていただく場合がございます。これは全体の処理速度を向上させるためのやむを得ない決定ですので、何卒ご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
2ヶ月以上お待ちいただいた方には、全てのご依頼を優先的に処理させていただきます。 追加のご依頼があった場合でも、別途お待ちいただくことなく一度に進行させていただきます。長期間お待ちいただいたことへの、ささやかではございますが心からの報いとなれば幸いです。
