Tomorrow is a day off! Because it's moving day.

My tinnitus symptoms have improved significantly – as long as it's not an extremely tiring day, they're quite bearable. I no longer need masking music for daily life, and there are longer stretches when I don’t even notice the tinnitus if I ignore it.

However, my herniated disc is acting up again 😭. Packing for the move today is really tough because of back pain. I really need your encouragement – I want to regain my health as soon as possible.

I’ll decide later which series to upload the day after tomorrow. Right now, I'm so busy and in pain that I have little room to breathe. If any subscribers have a series they’d like to see, please leave a comment—I’ll definitely take it into consideration!

明日は休息日です！ なぜなら、引っ越し日だからです。

耳鳴りの症状はかなり改善しており、あまり疲れない日なら十分耐えられる状態です。もう日常生活で遮音ミュージックは必要なく、気にしなければ耳鳴りが聞こえない時間がどんどん増えています。

しかし、椎間板ヘルニアがまた厄介なことに 😭。今日は引っ越しの荷造りで、腰痛に苦しんでいます。皆さんの励ましが必要です。早く健康を取り戻したいです できるだけ早く。

明後日にどのシリーズをアップロードするかは後ほど考えます。今はとても忙しく、痛みもあって余裕がありません。もし見たいシリーズがあれば、コメントで教えてくださいね。後で参考にさせていただきます！
