1. Hospital Visit Results
I visited a renowned ENT clinic for treatment of my condition. I underwent various tests including brainwave, hearing, and eardrum examinations. Apart from finding that my hearing is slightly below average, everything appeared normal. The doctor diagnosed that my symptoms are caused by overwork, lack of sleep, excessive caffeine intake, and insufficient exercise—essentially, my unhealthy lifestyle habits. No injections or medications were prescribed.

2. Improvement in Tinnitus
Initially, I experienced a loud ringing throughout my head, but now the ringing is only mild in my right ear. It is not particularly bothersome and seems to have improved thanks to resuming exercise, following a low-sodium diet, and cutting out energy drinks.

3. Rest Day Announcement
Today, I am extremely tired and in desperate need of sleep. Due to the early 6 AM hospital visit, I had little time to rest. To avoid further health deterioration from overexertion, I will be taking a complete rest day today.

4. Future Plans and Poll Request
I plan to resume my regular activities starting tomorrow. If my health recovers quickly, I will consider advancing the schedule for uploading the requested illustrations.

私が患っている病気の治療で有名な耳鼻咽喉科を受診しました。脳波、聴力、鼓膜などの検査を受けましたが、聴力が平均より少し低い以外は特に異常はありませんでした。医師によると、私の症状の原因は過労、睡眠不足、カフェインの過剰摂取、運動不足など、生活習慣の問題にあるとのことです。注射や薬の処方はありませんでした。

2. 耳鳴りの改善
初めは頭全体が大きな音で鳴る耳鳴りがありましたが、今では右耳だけで弱く鳴るようになり、特に気になることはありません。運動を再開し、低塩食を実践し、エナジードリンクを断ったおかげだと思います。

3. 休息日のお知らせ
本日は非常に疲れており、十分な睡眠が必要です。病院に行くために朝6時に起床しなければならなかったため、今日一日はしっかり休むことにします。過労による体調悪化は避けたいので、ゆっくり休む予定です。
