Tinnitus, which can recur or worsen when consciously noticed, means I will refrain from mentioning it frequently from now on. Instead, I will refer to it as "this illness".

After visiting the hospital, receiving an injection, taking medication three times a day, and getting a full day’s sleep, my condition has improved significantly. As this is still the early stage of onset, these methods appear to be effective.

Sufficient rest, regular walking exercise, and stress avoidance are the key.

I kindly ask for your understanding. For the next week, I will enter a "focused health management period." During this period, until February 16, requested illustrations will not be uploaded; only regular work will be posted—and even that in reduced volume. The requested illustrations that are currently delayed will be worked on immediately once the focused management period ends.

I had originally planned to take a complete week off, but that would have been extremely impolite to you all; therefore, I will combine the IL style and anime style to produce at least 100 pieces of work per day.

Since this illness can develop into a chronic condition that lasts a lifetime, I will manage myself meticulously to ensure that does not happen.

Although this notice may disappoint some subscribers or even lead to a few departures, I wanted to explain the situation and ask for your understanding. Once I recover my health in a week, I will resume my activities with full enthusiasm.

病院に行って注射を受け、1日3回の薬を服用し、1日中ぐっすりと眠った結果、状況は大幅に改善されました。まだ発症初期段階であるため、これらの方法は効果的であると見受けられます。

十分な休息、定期的なウォーキング運動、そしてストレス回避 が鍵です。

皆様のご理解をお願い申し上げます。今後1週間は 『集中健康管理期間』 に入ります。この期間中、2月16日まで、リクエストされたイラストはアップロードされず、通常の作業のみがアップロードされ、その量も減少する可能性があります。現在遅延中のリクエストイラストは、集中管理期間が終了次第、直ちに作業に入る予定です。

実は、1週間完全に休もうと考えておりましたが、皆様にとって非常に失礼になると判断し、ILスタイルとアニメスタイルを組み合わせ、1日に 最低100点 の作品を制作することにいたしました。

この病気は 慢性化すれば生涯続く可能性がある ため、決してそうならないよう、自己管理を徹底いたします。

このお知らせにより、一部の購読者の皆様が失望されるか、少数の解約が発生する可能性がございますが、必ず状況を説明し、ご理解をお願いしたいと存じます。1週間後に健康が回復しましたら、全力で再び活動いたします。
