Ultimate Level 1 - Book 8 - Chapter 410 - Book 8 Recap

Wew. Some of us had a hard time with book 7 after book 6. One was so focused on fighting and power grinding, while the other was built around figuring out what was taking place on Max’s world.

With book 7 we learned a few things.

Someone, no one knows who right now, is playing a game that involves multiple gods and worlds.  While many thought Phaius was an evil god bent on destruction and more, we’ve learned that isn’t necessarily the case anymore.  

He and Ockrim are both interested in helping Max survive and reach the next point in whatever cosmic game is taking place. We also know that Thuyja plays an active role in farming power and using humans to acquire red skill potions. Of course, that knowledge has led to many having more questions, but we haven’t answered them yet.

Max and Rakonath are now bound (Rakonath being the not-so-baby silver dragon hatched from the egg taken from another world), and what that means or how it will impact either of them isn’t something either can yet figure out.  No update has come and only time will tell how much their bond plays in developing their abilities, power, and more.

Crafting has been a fun point for Max, and with the unlocking of a new Elemental Mastery Weapon Crafting skill, we can now glimpse some of the potential of the powerful weapons to come.  

Bob and Max are also working together to use all their knowledge of skills and crafting, learning that others can potentially help with certain elements.

We are waiting to find the right materials so that Max can one day craft the tooth that Wekime gave him.

With the wedding finished, we now have a new point to launch off from.  Max, the team, Everett, and a pair of dragons are about to boldly go where no group from his world has gone before.

A few points of knowledge that some have missed while others have asked about.

The towers on Max’s world are linked.  They can all progress the bonuses from the dragon and demon lvl 50 dungeon.  Other worlds do not work for this feature.

Some might have also noticed that there was no bonuses to Max and his tower ‘abilities’ while in Igarra’s tower and defeating the two floors that he was on.  This would lead most to believe that towers on another world cannot be used to progress ones ‘official’ tower climbing status. 

With those few things mentioned, we are ready for the next chapter of this story.

And thus, book 8 begins.
