(12 factions total, only need 6 names - They will be factions that allow humans / elves / dwarves in them)
You can only offer 1 name. Offer more than 1 and its an automatic 'no' ;)
I'll pick if they are good and you will find yourself able to say starting in chapter 93 'I gave that name'
((Also I will be redoing some name requests - Based on books. Would hate to use a name you offer for UL1 that you wanted in DR or visa versa).
