Patreon ToS update
Added 2018-09-13 13:44:14 +0000 UTC...So Patreon doesn't allow raffles anymore, as I heard. I guess I need to come up with something new now as well.
I'm going to edit a bit the system I was talking about in the post below, but so it works properly without a raffle and also will be fair.
It'll start working from October, for this month I'll do the rewards via the old system.
